XINNA F33 IV Filters 1.2/2.0/3.0/5.0μm for Infusion Sets - Quality Products from China Suppliers & Factory
Product Introduction
Potential risks caused by harmful particles, microbial contamination, and air micro embolism should be considered in infusion therapy, drug preparation, and mixing processes. F33 IV filter is designed for use in filtration of intravenous for removal of particles large than 1.2/2.0/3.0/5.0μm.
F33 IV Filter is an air eliminating filter for the removal of inadvertent particulate debris and other components like incomplete mixing of drugs and entrained air in catheter which may be found in solutions intended for intravenous use. The filtration efficiency of the membrane and the overall design of the filter can impact the safety of drug delivery for human beings.
It is inbuilt with low binding Hydrophilic Polypropylene filter membrane lower the loss of drug and active ingredients, and dual vents design allows air elimination in any position. ensuring the safety and effectiveness of intravenous.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the primary function of the F33 IV Filter?
The F33 IV Filter is designed to filter intravenous solutions, effectively removing harmful particles larger than 1.2/2.0/3.0/5.0μm, microbial contamination, and preventing air micro embolism during infusion therapy.
What membrane features help prevent drug loss?
The filter is built with a low-binding Hydrophilic Polypropylene filter membrane, which minimizes the loss of drugs and active ingredients, ensuring the effective delivery of the intended therapy.
Can the F33 IV Filter eliminate air in any orientation?
Yes, the filter features a dual vent design that ensures quick priming and reliable air elimination in any position.
Why should alcohol be kept away from the filter housing and venting membrane?
Alcohol can cause visible or invisible damage to the ABS-based housing. Additionally, direct contact with alcohol or disinfectants will cause the hydrophobic PTFE venting membrane to temporarily become hydrophilic until it completely dries, compromising its functionality.
Can this filter be used for blood delivery or TPN administration?
No, blood delivery is not allowed as it will clog the filter. Furthermore, filters with 0.2μm filter media are not recommended for TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) and lipid administrations.
How is the F33 IV Filter packaged to prevent product mix-ups?
It is packaged with 3000pcs per carton, split into 4 inner PE bags of 750pcs. Each bag is sealed and cushioned separately. To prevent mix-ups, different lots within the same box are packaged and labeled separately with specific batch and operator numbers.
