Applications
● IV drip chambers
Disc filter inside the drip chamber of the infusion set is one of IV set parts. The infusion disc filter removes unnecessary particles and debris in the lV fluid before entering the tubing and the patient's bloodstream. They also eliminate large size globules, principally present in lipids suspensions that can generate dangerous immune reactions , and they also remove drug precipitates that cause phlebitis or infections
● Remove air bubbles from the fluids
