Product Introduction
XINNA PTFE forms a uniformly distributed and extremely fine pore structure, it’s a widely used filter media for medical air vents and closing caps. Laminated to Polypropylene (PP) or Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) support for improved durability and handling, also ensures compatibility with conventional market welding requirements and material compatibility with housing.
Because of expanded structure of PTFE itself, it allows a range of options of pore size which are customizable to meet various requirements and tailed membrane application solutions.
The outstanding oleophobic property can effectively prevent the impregnation of low surface tension liquids such as lipids and alcohol. which consequently improves the safety of infusion medications and reduces the feedback of adverse clinical events.
We strongly recommend that customers choose oleophobic PTFE air venting membrane to keep IV infusion medication safety.
To avoid complicated drugs permeation issue in clinical applications, hydrophobic and oleophobic PTFE membranes are both provided by XINNA at your option.

Warning
● Handle with care to avoid damaging the filter material.
● Sterilization by irradiation is not available.
● Glue or cyclohexanone for adhesion can clog the material itself, preventing gas from passing through.
● Avoid contact with alcohol or high-permeability solvents, otherwise, the material will become hydrophilic before it is fully dried (for Hydrophobic ePTFE only).
