Warnings
- Ultrasonic welding could damage the membrane structure directly if welding head presses the membrane directly.
- Do not touch adhesives such as cyclohexanone or similar glue or solvent, which will completely destroy the filter material.
- Not suitable for blood filtration.
- Handle with care, no wide angel fracture (over 90°) or scratch the surface that could damaging the membrane.
- In order to maximize product performance, asymmetric filtration membranes need to be installed according to the label which marks air side to separate upstream and downstream.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
The unique asymmetric structure offers excellent physical and mechanical properties, making it super hydrophilic, enabling a high flow rate, and ensuring a long service life with ultra-high contamination capacity.
The membrane is fully compatible with Ethylene Oxide (EO), Gamma irradiation sterilization, and Autoclave sterilization methods.
Ultrasonic welding should be handled with caution. It could damage the membrane structure directly if the welding head presses the membrane directly. Alternative compatible methods include thermal welding, radio-frequency welding, and insert moulding.
Yes, you must avoid contact with adhesives such as cyclohexanone or similar glues and solvents, as they will completely destroy the filter material.
No, this PES membrane is not suitable for blood filtration. It is designed for IV solutions, drugs delivery, intravenous therapy, bacteria-free filtration, and pharmaceutical filtration.
To maximize product performance, the membrane must be installed according to the label which marks the "air side" to correctly separate the upstream and downstream flows.
