Product Introduction
The special design of D33 dual layer IV filters is an innovative design to solve multiple problems in the IV market such as prevent particle administration to patients, reducing postoperative phlebitis rates in surgical patients, preserving organ functions, and reducing the incidence of the systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS).
This product developed with two opposite layers of Asymmetric hydrophilic Polyethersulphone membrane built in a large volumes mAbs polymer housing, Maximized the filtration area and guaranteeing high-end flow rates and fast priming performance with quad vents both side in total, better construction mechanical strength with pressure infusion applications with infusion pumps or similar equipment as well and gravity IV solution also.
D33-022 filter could work as a barrier to bacterial contaminants prior to prevent bacterium administration to patients and use in the filtration of intravenous or other aqueous solutions for removal of particles larger than 0.2µm. And both D33-022 & D33-120 IV filters increased patients’ satisfaction perceived for the vascular access management and reducing the discomfort associated with short peripheral venous cannulation.
We highly recommend that all Intravenous in-line filters should be positioned as closed as possible to the patient to decrease the overall particulate contamination which inside the IV set already or other extension sets maximally.

2000pcs/carton, 8 inner PE bags with 250pcs inside each. Each bag is sealed separately and cushion between each other.
Each bag is labeled with information as following, different lots in one box are closed separately and labeled seperately to prevent mix up.

Warnings
● Filter for medical use, assembled in clean room only. Remove the external bag before planting into a clean room.
● Handle with care. Keep filter in vertical position with flow arrow on both sides and the printing mark before assembling.
● Be careful on glueing, if Hydrophilic PES membrane contact with glue, membrane will breaks down.
● Alcohol is not allowed to contact with housing, or it will damage the ABS-based housing visible or invisible.
● It's not recommended to use alcohol or any kind of disinfactant in direct contact with venting membrane, PTFE membrane will become hydrophilic until dried.
● Blood delivery is not allowed, the filter clogs with blood or red blood cells.
● Filters with 0.2μm filter media is not recommended for TPN and lipids administration.
● Rigorous testing is recommended before marketing if drugs is not common.
