Low-cost CO2 Sampling Line Filter Hydrophobic Bacteria Filter

CO2 Sampling Line Filter as the name indicates, is designed for integration with etCO2 sampling lines in capnography monitoring systems. The disposable filter from us consists of two pieces of housings sealed around a filtering hydrophobic membrane, which acts as a sterile barrier. The housings are made of medical grade ABS, and the filter media incorporated is a custom-made hydrophobic PTFE membrane filter which features two-side 0.2μm PTFE material providing the right combination of airflow, bacterial retention and liquid barrier capabilities. In gas sampling lines, these filters ensure gas sample purity, prevent waste of anesthetic gases and accurately measure CO2 level, providing precisely tuned filtration to CO2 monitoring and sampling while simultaneously protecting both the monitoring equipment and the patient from potential contamination.

The hydrophobic bacteria filters from us are Class 100,000 cleanroom manufactured with fully automated assembly technology, and the sealing is done without any glues or solvents - they are ultrasonically welded. And the inline Anti-Microbial filters are available with Male/Female luer lock connectors, each connector meets the ISO standard for connections, thereby guaranteeing compatibility and safety across a wide range of medical devices. Each and every piece of the micron filter for a bulk order is tested by our advanced machines and inspected manually and final-tested for technical parameters in our own laboratory before packaging and delivery to guarantee superior and consistent quality.

The hydrophobic filter is designed and manufactured in such a way that they can be used safely for various clinical situations that would require a bacterial filter. And the single-use filter device can be attached to most cannulas with male and female luer lock connectors. These filters allow you to vent out air or other gases while retaining the water-based fluids that will be used to aid in the treatment of patients, therefore are commonly used in air vent functions within medical devices including,

6000pcs/carton containing 3 inner PE bags with 2000 pcs each. Each bag is sealed individually with protective air cushion between each other. Each bag is labeled with necessary information, and different lots in one carton are wrapped and labeled separately to prevent mix up.
