Infusion Therapy
Manufactured according to lSO standards, XINNA provide a wide assortment of membranes and filters with different performance characteristics, making it easy for you to find the best parts of infusion sets to fit your application. Extensive membrane manufacturing experience with advanced device engineering and deep expertise to create customizable solutions to your specific application needs. Regarding professional infusion therapy, we have the following products for your options : infusion filtration membranes, venting membranes ,IV filters ,extension lines , priming caps , etc.

IV Filtration Membranes
Hydrophilic liquid filtration and separation membrane should be required to reduce the risk of retaining large particulates or bacterial contamination in infusion therapy.
Before that, we should understand some important characteristics to be considered: pore size, flow rate, material compatibility and protein binding performance.
Media Options:
PES Membranes (Polythersulfone)
Nylone Membranes
PP Fiber(Polypropylene)
Pore Options:
0.2-15μm
Applications:
Infusion therapy
Pharmaceutical filtration
Bacterial isolation
General filtration
Sterile filtration

IV Venting membranes
Hydrophobic membrane which is in applications for venting and air delivery in medical devices to reduce the risk of environmental contamination, and to protect patient, equipment and healthcare staff.
A large variety of air filtration media are considerable in IV applications, and it is critical to choose the right membrane.
Media Options:
PET Fiber (polyethylene terephthalate)
PTFE Membranes (Polytetrafluoroethylene)
Glass Fiber Media
Pore Options:
0.1-5μm
Applications:
Air and gas filtration
Medical device vents
Venting barrier
Equipment protection
Oleophobic barrier

IV & Syringe Filters
Various sources of contamination for IV therapy including incomplete mixing of drugs, glass from containers or ampoules, debris of plastic and rubber, components of bags and lines.
To protect patients from bacteria, air and particles that may enter the blood stream. IV filters show a wide range of benefits that have positive impacts on patients and healthcare staff.
Media Options:
Z26/Z20
F33
X33/X
T20
Pore Options:
0.2-15μm
Applications:
IV therapy
TPN and Lipid solutions
Intravenous medication
Chemotherapies
Drug delivery

Extension & Component
Priming filter(cap) is a component which covers the end of intravenous line to prevent the intravenous fluid to the outside environment but allows the passage of air which inside of IV line.
In-line filter extension set is widely used in drug and fluid delivery for the removal of debris, particles and bacteria.
Functional drip chamber contains microporous air vent and filter. And both mesh and PES liquid filters are optional depending on your choice.
Category Options:
Priming filters
Extension line with filters
Drip Chamber
Luer Connector
Valves
Applications:
IV therapy
Drug delivery
Intravenous medication
Automatically Stops Air Entry
When the filter runs out of drug solutions , the surface tension of liquid within the porous structure of wet PES membrane automatically stops the flow and forms a fluid protection surface to protect the downstream infusion line from air entry.
Ensure Air Elimination
Venting PTFE membranes are mainly used to expel air from infusion sets, prevent air from entering the patient's venous system. At the same time, it can also allow the liquid medicine to flow smoothly, ensuring the continuity and stability of the infusion process.
Particle And Bacterial Filtration, Parenteral Nutrition Filtration
The infusion IV filters achieve high flow rate, particle and bacterial filtration, liposome compatibility to optimize infusion therapy and ensure infusion safety.
